Uppers
Permair® is the world´s leading dry leather finishing system. Highly water-resistant, breathable and durable, it significantly improves the protective properties of footwear leather, whilst providing a wipe clean, non-polish benefit for the wearer.
- Permair® leather has a highly water-resistant but breathable finish with excellent hydrolysis resistance, providing long-lasting protection.

- Permair® leather protects 100% against the drying effects of road salt which can stain or crack conventional leather.

Permair® leather Protector is engineered to surpass the safety footwear requirements of European Standard DIN ISO EN 20344:2004. Unlike traditional leather, Protector combines the often conflicting properties of high breathability, durable water resistance and chemical resistance to achieve unparalleled performance in hazardous environments.
Sole
The sole is made of single-density PU material. It is fuel-oil resistant and heat resistant to temperatures up to 130ºC. The sole of this model is equipped with a built-in Euro-Dan® SHOCK ABSORBER. The sole absorbs and distributes shocks and pressure to the entire tread surface, thereby sparing back and joints and relieving the body as much as possible. Other properties:

The insole is the inner tread surface; it is made of the strongest insole material available worldwide, i.e. TEXON®. The insole in this model is covered with a genuine leather insole and gives an extreme improved comfort.
Padding
In order to ensure fine fit and comfortable walking, the instep is padded with foam.
